We’re Hiring! Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster II (California) 100% Remote (WFH)

Join EMPLOYERS as a Work Comp Claims Adjuster II and help deliver best in class service to America’s small businesses! This role manages California claims with moderate exposure and works West Coast hours (8-5 PDT).

What you’ll do:
Manage indemnity claims from start to finish
Set reserves, evaluate exposure, and collaborate with defense counsel
Coordinate medical treatment & drive timely claim resolution
Deliver exceptional customer service

What you need:
2-5 years of workers’ comp or insurance adjusting experience
Strong knowledge of California WC laws & claim practices
Excellent communication, organization & decision-making skills
Ability to work 100% remote in a quiet, private space

Compensation:
$50,000-$105,000 base salary. Most candidates hired into this role typically start between $70,000-$85,000, depending on experience, skills, and location – plus fantastic benefits.
