The Motor Clothes Associate at Twisted Torch Harley-Davidson plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all patrons. This position involves assisting customers in selecting and purchasing motorcycle apparel and accessories, while also maintaining an organized and visually appealing sales floor. The associate will be responsible for staying informed about the latest trends and product offerings in the motorcycle apparel industry. Additionally, they will contribute to achieving sales goals and promoting brand loyalty through effective communication and product knowledge. Ultimately, the Motor Clothes Associate helps to foster a community of motorcycle enthusiasts by creating an inviting atmosphere and offering expert advice.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service roles.
• Knowledge and experience with selling of Harley-Davidson Motor Clothes/Merchandise, and other products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them.
• Ability to take initiative and problem solve.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• High energy level needed.
• Be self-motivated, positive, driven and helpful.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right motorcycle apparel and accessories.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assist with answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
• Stay up to date on all required Harley-Davidson training.
• Work with vendors
• Assist with special events when needed
