Position Overview

The Front Office Coordinator is the first point of contact for customers, vendors, engineers, and visitors. This role plays a key part in creating a professional, welcoming experience while providing essential administrative support across departments.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as front desk contact for visitors, customers, and vendors
• Answer and route phone calls professionally
• Maintain an organized, welcoming front office
• Perform accurate data entry and support internal systems
• Manage visitor logs and intake procedures
• Support project managers with job routers
• Assist with shipping documentation (UPS/FedEx)
• Process purchase orders
• Provide backup support to the Office Manager
• Assist with general administrative tasks and projects

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of office, front desk, or administrative experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative
