Kitchen Managers own every aspect of their restaurant’s kitchen operations. They uphold promises to their Team, their Guests, and the Business. Kitchen Managers direct, lead and coordinate the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, team member retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
