About ACE Scholarships
ACE is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, founded in 2000 in Denver, Colorado, to provide low-income children with equal access to quality K-12 private schools through partial scholarship support. Over the past 25+ years, ACE has delivered more than 140,000 scholarships worth over $390 million. This school year, ACE is serving approximately 16,000+ children in Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, New Mexico, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming, and is actively pursuing other expansion opportunities with the support of a national funding partners. ACE is actively preparing for the Federal School Choice Tax Credit Program which comes into effect January 2027, which will open the floodgates of school choice for hundreds of thousands of students across the country. Position Overview
The Marketing Project Manager will support the execution of our marketing and strategic initiatives. This role serves as a central operational partner to the Chief Marketing Officer and the broader marketing team, helping translate strategy into action and ensuring initiatives move forward with clarity, speed, and accountability.
Unlike traditional long-cycle project management roles, this position will manage a high volume of fast-moving initiatives; from campaign launches and digital improvements to donor engagement efforts and cross-functional initiatives. Success in this role requires strong operational instincts, exceptional organization, and the ability to keep multiple priorities moving simultaneously.
The ideal candidate brings experience from agency, startup, or similarly fast-paced environments where adaptability, ownership, and execution are essential.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in environments where priorities move quickly and execution matters as much as planning.

Compensation
Annual salary of $75,000 – $90,000 and eligible for annual performance bonuses, plus benefits package, which includes but is not limited to:
