What You’ll Do:

• Perform preventative maintenance on a variety of residential HVAC systems, including oil and gas boilers, furnaces, and heat pumps.
• Inspect, clean, and tune burners, heat exchangers, ignition systems, and safety controls to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Replace filters, belts, nozzles, and other consumable components as needed during maintenance visits.
• Check combustion analysis
• Identify and document potential repair needs or system deficiencies during PM visits.
• Communicate clearly with customers, dispatch, and team members.
• Maintain your company vehicle – clean, stocked, and ready for the next call.
• Represent Rowell’s Services with a professional appearance and attitude.
