Breaktime ( ) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit working to break the cycle of young adult homelessness by equipping young adults with the job and financial security they need to establish housing security. Role and Responsibilities
Overview: The Coordinator of Workforce Partnerships will be an integral member of the Workforce Partnerships team (WFP), focusing on the host-site partnerships component. This includes prospecting, onboarding, managing, and sustaining relationships with workforce partners.

The Coordinator of Workforce Partnerships is a dynamic, mission-driven relationship architect who effectively balances the hustle of strategic outreach with a deep commitment to Young Adult Workforce Development. A resourceful networker and savvy communicator, they thrive on building bridges between the business community and Breaktime’s mission, creating sustainable pathways to disrupting the cycle of young adult homelessness through meaningful professional opportunities for young adults.
Qualifications:
Breaktime carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
