Position: Dispatcher (remote)

As a Dispatcher, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring that field technicians are efficiently assigned jobs based on priority and location. You’ll be responsible for managing and monitoring technicians’ schedules, confirming appointments with customers, and following through the process to completion of the job. This is a full-time position, without night or weekend responsibilities.

This is a remote job. The AC Crew is based in the Nashville Tennessee market, and services the Middle Tennessee area.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• Prefer at least 1 year of dispatching experience
• Availability to work Monday through Friday – 7:00AM – 4:00PM (CST)
• Proficient in basic computer skills, especially with Office applications.
• You will need to provide your own computer with WIFI access.
