Job Description Job Description About the Role: Join the dynamic team at Nationwide Pennant & Flag as a Shipping & Receiving Clerk! In this vital role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our products reach customers efficiently while being part of a company that values quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
• Prepare shipping documents and labels for outbound shipments.
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping/receiving area.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Resolve shipping discrepancies and address customer inquiries.
• Utilize warehouse management software to track shipments and inventory.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in shipping and receiving preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment.
• Familiarity with shipping software and inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
