Position Summary
Tampa Family Health Centers is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team at our Corporate Center on Fletcher Avenue.
This is a fully on-site position requiring regular collaboration with Finance leadership and departments throughout the organization. The Financial Analyst will support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and strategic decision-making by analyzing financial, payer, and operational data.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, and comfortable presenting financial findings and recommendations to leadership.

Work Location
This position is based at the Tampa Family Health Centers Corporate Center located at 302 West Fletcher Avenue in Tampa. This is a full-time, fully on-site position and is not structured as a remote or hybrid opportunity.

Please note that the employee’s initial training schedule may differ from the regular schedule of the position. All new hires, including part-time employees, must be available for up to 40 hours of in-person, on-site training during their first week. Additional mandatory training may continue for approximately two to three weeks, depending on the position and training requirements. Training may take place at a TFHC location other than the employee’s assigned work location.
