We are seeking an organized, customer-focused Residential Property Manager/Leasing Agent to oversee day-to-day operations of our approximately 150 multi-unit portfolio throughout Orange County and parts of Los Angeles County. The Property Manager/Leasing Agent will work from our Irvine office.

This role requires ensuring low vacancy rates, tenant satisfaction, maintaining property standards, and managing lease and rent processes efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Leasing & Marketing: you will advertise vacant units, conduct or facilitate property tours, screen applicants, and negotiate lease agreements.
• Creative Marketing: work with community services to maximize tenant marketing.
• Tenant Relations: Serve as primary point of contact; resolve complaints and manage move-in/move out workflows.
• Compliance: Prepare and execute lease agreements. Adhere to federal, state and local housing regulations.
• Financial Management: Collect security deposits and monthly rent payments
• Maintain strong tenant relations to foster positive community engagement
• Oversee property maintenance and ensure timely repairs
• Manage lease administration, including renewals and compliance
• Maintenance & Operations: arrange and supervise vendor services to maintain property quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in property management
• Appfolio proficiency highly preferred
