Our client is a growing Restoration company looking to grow their team! Position Overview: The Carpenter will handle a variety of reconstruction tasks to help restore homes and businesses. This role requires strong carpentry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a team. Key Responsibilities: – Perform framing, finishing, drywall, and general reconstruction work – Follow scopes of work, blueprints, and work orders – Operate hand and power tools safely – Work closely with team members and deliver excellent customer service – Help maintain a clean and organized job site Qualifications: – Prior carpentry or construction experience required, 5+ years preferred (framing, finishing, general construction) – Strong teamwork and communication skills – Ability to read and interpret job plans – Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Benefits: – Competitive pay (based on experience) – 401(k) with 3% company contribution – Health, dental, vision & life insurance – Disability insurance – Paid time off – Company-provided cell phone
