Ambitious accountant needed to support a retiring practitioner and prepare to assume his practice. We support small business clients with accounting, payroll processing, payroll tax reporting, income tax return preparation, and business consulting.

Individual would join a firm of over 40 years, with existing systems, programs and clients. This is an ideal opportunity for a person to build their own clientele while serving and becoming familiar with existing clients.

A CPA certificate or IRS enrolled agent credential with public accounting experience would be helpful. At some point, the individual would assume ownership, and the retiring practioner could work part-time, if needed.

We perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting, including bank reconciliations, payroll and sales tax returns, and support our clients in these duties. Then we provide year-end accounting services and adjusting journal entries, prepare financial statements and other managment information. Business and individual income tax return preparation is critical as well as tax planning.
