**Description:**Job duties include:•Perform clerical duties to include, but not limited to: photocopying, mail distribution, and filing•Coordinates and maintains records for staff•Create and modify various documents using Excel and Word•Provide administrative support to Claims staff as needed•Help manage and improve reporting on department metrics•Achieve individual goals based on department metrics and service level objectives- No phone work or talking to customers this is a lot of research, follow up internally, but no face to face or communications with customers.- You are assigned tickets (almost like emails) and you have to go in and collaborate, research, etc. They get tickets regularly that they have never seen so they have to research and collaborate- Each account is different and has different discounts, shipping, pricing, etc.*This role is remote at the moment*However will be moving back on site at some point in 2021. Candidates will need to be okay with that.**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**Must Haves:1. 2+ years of administrative experience.2. 2+ years in a role using excel (entering data into excel and saving/sending documents/researching within previous documents to get solutions and answers). Also emailing through outlook.3.
