You Will Be Responsible For:

Responsibilities for a administrative assistant job often include answering a multi-line phone system , greeting and directing guests, as well as staff. Furthermore, duties include responding to complaints, service issues and other general questions or concerns as appropriate. Filing, mail distribution and use of a computer usually are necessary. Is accessible and responsible to Patients, Providers, Owners, Directors, Administrator, Team Leaders and Staff. Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of Administrator and taking notes/meeting minutes as well as preparing documents for meetings and business trips.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What You Will Need:

High School Degree and 2 years job experience in a medical practice preferred

Experience supporting Director (executive) preferred
