Adecco is hiring an Administrative Assistant in Mount Airy MD for a business in the energy industry.
This position pays 16.54/hr.
The hours are Monday – Friday / 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
As an Administrative Assistant you will:
Perform various clerical, administrative and basic general duties including but not limited to data processing, record and file creation and maintenance, mail distribution, telephone reception, invoice processing and administrative support for department. Produce a variety of correspondence, reports and presentations using the appropriate office equipment and software. Demonstrate sound internal and external customer service. Follow up with customers when appropriate. Support the department’s administrative needs which may include maintaining of appointment calendars, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements.
