OfficeTeam is partnering with a non-profit organization in Warrenton, OR to staff a temporary, part-time Administrative Coordinator. In this position, the candidate will assist with managing aspects of a housing assistance program, as well as manage phone and email inquiries. In addition, general clerical support to program managers and other departments will be required. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, administrative experience, and the ability to be self-directed. Experience in marketing, program coordination, social services or other human services is preferred. This assignment is long term, but could eventually become a full-time opportunity in the next year.
Responsibilities:
-Manage program enrollment
-Digital and Paper Filing
-Scanning Documents
-Direct phone calls and field inquiries
-Clerical duties as assigned
-Draft and manage correspondence via email
Job Requirements:
-Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or Coordinator
-Customer Service experience
-Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
-Previous experience is social services, non-profit organizations, marketing or management preferred
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
