The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to an assigned office or department. Responsibilities include maintaining calendars, coordinating meetings, conferences and travel, answering calls and greeting visitors promptly and courteously, preparing correspondence, preparing and compiling reports, maintaining files and ordering/maintaining departmental supplies.
The ideal Administrative Assistant candidate will possess excellent customer service, computer and organizational skills.
