This position is based at our Oakland, New Jersey machinery plant. This facility designs and produces custom labeling and serialization equipment primarily for Pharmaceutical, Beverage and Food manufacturing companies. This is a day shift opening. This is a good opportunity for a technician with strong hands-on electro-mechanical and automation skills to develop expertise in a growing business segment.
This position contributes to the success of the company by providing our team with in-depth electrical and light mechanical assembly skills and knowledge. Assembly duties would include collection of materials and tools to performs assembly and quality control functions per defined procedures, drawings, schematics and work instructions. This position also contributes to the organization by utilizing a combination of technical expertise and interpersonal skills to provide our clients with superior service on installations, troubleshooting and repair of equipment in the field.

Exposure to Hazardous Materials
Following all federal, state, local, and IDT specific safety guidelines as prescribed in the employee handbook and subsequent company safety training. Some minor exposure to hazardous materials such as epoxies, cleaners, etc. may be required as part of this job. Please refer to the material’s specific MSDS for proper handling instructions.
