Job Description

As the Associate Program Manager, you will serve on our Professional Services team and be responsible for the following:

Supporting Program Managers and Senior Program Managers who are responsible for strategically partnering with healthcare clients.

Evaluating qualitative and quantitative data (the interactions between our clients and their customers/patients).

Preparing engaging, complex, data-backed presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Assisting with meeting facilitation, managing agendas, and taking detailed meeting notes.

Maintaining project timelines, providing regular project updates, and proactively communicating to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned.

Having a continuous finger-on-the-pulse of program production, trends, budget and goals to help drive client outcomes.

Understanding and utilizing the Authenticx software platform and staying current on new features, best practices, etc.

Collaborating with other Authenticx teams to ensure our work is completed with the highest standards while achieving client objectives.

Continually honing a positive relationship with healthcare clients and always keeping client needs and desired outcomes at the forefront of everything we do.
