AUTO BODY PRODUCTION TEAM

ADESA is looking for great people to join our Final Finish team in the body shop! This team plays a vital role in our vehicle reconditioning and sale-ready process. Final Finish Technician Responsibilities

The Technician is tasked with ensuring all refinished surfaces meet both ADESA as well as customer standards.

• Inspects all refinished surfaces for imperfections
• Color-sand cured surface areas as needed
• Apply proper cut and buff techniques to achieve a high-quality finish
• Uses machine orbital buffers taking proper precautions to mitigate burn-through
• Sand & Buff, Fresh Paint Buffing
• Using knowledge of various products, applied compounds, swirl removers, polishes
• Re-inspects surface areas to ensure all quality standards met

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid drivers license.
• Must have a demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Must have the ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.

• The physical activity requirements of the position range from Light to Medium Physical Work.
