GotWorX Staffing is currently seeking a Bilingual Receptionist for our client located in the FT. Lauderdale Office.

Responsibilities:

• Will be answering incoming calls and directing them to the proper personal and departments.
• Must be able to multi task in scanning in orders, labeling fabrics or anything related to administrative.
• Filing, faxing, making copies and setting up files.
• Must be professional, bilingual English/Spanish with clear communication skills.
• Will also be back up for the other receptionists.
• Organized and dependable
• Intermediate computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Must be able to work as a team player and also individually.
