Full-Time Clinical Supervisor-BCBA/BCaBA

Our emphasis is between the ages of 18 months and 21. We currently provide Applied Behavior Analysis, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, as well as Counseling Services. We empower families to acquire the necessary skills to help transfer their children’s learning across all environments. It is our overall goal to help clients have as much functional independence as possible. Stable Life Therapies has provided the Central Texas area with quality and comprehensive services since 2016. Your Life
· Provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy center based and community
· Provide ongoing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians
· Receive ongoing mentorship from supervisors
· Attend and contribute to in-service training and staff meetings
· Provide parent training (BCBA)
· Engage in all caseload management tasks such as program modification, visual analysis, progress report updates, etc.
· Assist in cleaning up after clients and self as well as maintaining clean and safe environment
· Collect data on goals in session with client
· Complete session notes after direct sessions
· Collaborate with practitioners in other disciplines to facilitate client progress
· Assist in creating activities and stimuli
Required Qualifications:
· Experience providing ABA therapy
· Master’s degree from Accredited University (BCBA)
· Certification as a BCBA/BCaBA with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
· Licensed in the State of Texas through TDLR or eligible to apply for licensure
· Experience completing, scoring, and interpreting assessments
· Experience providing direct one-on-one service
· Experience providing supervision (Preferred)
· Willing and able to bend, sit, stand, and play while providing therapy
· Maintain client confidentiality, protect personal information, and understand the importance of ethics
· Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, ability to pass background check/drug screening
· CPR Certification
