The primary responsibilities of a Busser / Runner include assisting servers in providing our guests an excellent dining experience by keeping their tables and surroundings clean. The ideal candidate must have excellent restaurant experience, customer service & interpersonal skills.

Essential Functions

• Completing interior and exterior detailed cleaning assignments as needed.
• Clearing and cleaning tables.
• Keeping the stations supplied with clean dishware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Follow up on all service details for Food Servers and assist servers in servicing the guest.
• Maintain work areas clean and organized.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area.
• Set and clear tables according to standards.
• Complete all opening and closing side work, as assigned to include stocking plates, silverware, filling coffee grinder, fill wine buckets, cleaning floor, wipe down booths and chairs, move tables and chairs, push dirty linen to storage area, put away china.
• Stock bus station, as assigned.
• Attend required meetings and complete other tasks as assigned.

. Requirements:

• Food Safety Certification.
• Safe Alcohol Vendor Certification.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• 6 months to 1 year previous experience preferred.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.

Compensation

$8.46/hour + tips & gratuities.
