Job Description: Butcher Location: nd St West, Apple Valley, MN, 55124 Job Summary:

The Butcher will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing meat products for sale in a retail setting. The Butcher will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, as well as providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut, trim, and prepare meat products for sale
• Ensure that all meat products are of high quality and meet company standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Butcher or in a related field preferred
• Knowledge of meat cutting techniques and equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
