IHSMarkit is seeking an experienced and motivated Client Manager to oversee client relationships across all WSO solutions. The individual will be responsible for managing client-driven strategy, as well as orchestrating client support throughout multiple aspects of the business. The Client Manager will be seen as the primary prism through which all other solutions will be managed/leveraged/perceived. Additional responsibilities include client coordination of issue resolution, training, reporting, and keen understanding/presentation of the clients’ business structure, pipeline, and market footprint.
Client Managers within the Financial Services’ Solutions Division are the primary contacts responsible for enhancing and evolving our client experience post sale. Their primary and most important role is revenue retention which is accomplished by maintaining open lines of communication with our clients, both with key users, influencers and ideally C-Suite stakeholders.

Client managers work to understand the challenges our clients are facing, how our solutions are being used to solve them, and what other capabilities we have across our division clients might leverage.
In their role client managers also assists sales in revenue generation by helping to manage the renewals process along with creating new opportunity leads for sales through the upsell/cross-sell of additional products or services and identifying new users or use cases.
Finally, Client Managers may, from time to time, be asked to ‘quarterback’ certain issues not directly in their roles and responsibilities to help maintain a positive client experience, as client satisfaction is our main objective.
