To us, that speaks volumes.ABOUT THIS ROLEAs the Community Recruiting Senior Manager you will have an exciting role to identify partnerships within our Newark community that will drive hiring efforts for our Customer Care organization. This is an exciting time for Audible as we look to deepen and expand our mission of Activate Caring by fostering our commitment to the Newark Community. You will play a key role in bringing candidates into our “ready now hiring” and “Cornerstone Development Program” by working closely with external partners, local job seekers, and interacting with the different teams that makeup HR. You will be working closely within Audible’s internal teams including leading hiring efforts with Talent Acquisition, HR, Learning and Development and external partners with a dotted line to the program manager. This is a game changer role for Audible where we are tapping into the talent within our own backyard and neighborhoods to embolden our relationship within Newark. ABOUT YOUMission driven mentality.Must be extremely organized and have great time management (prioritization is key).Great attention to detail with the ability to think more broadly and provide strategic direction.Effective communicator.Ability to work with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.A team player who is self-motivated with a sense of urgency to learn and succeed.Confidentiality; keeping sensitive business and personnel matters private.As a Community Recruiting Senior Manager, you will…Establish and maintain external relationships on behalf of Audible.Engage in regular and consistent outreach to the local partners (i.e. check-in meetings, external toolkit).Lead external engagements to promote opportunities with local partners (i.e. conduct workshops, info sessions, job fairs with at least 2 info-sessions per month, 20 participants registered).Be well versed on the target demographics and criteria for program candidates with an in-depth knowledge of the skills needed to maintain our world-class service while still supporting the mission.Communicate and track candidate pool and hires (articulate where they are within the process).Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to ensure goals are achieved.Obtain legal guidance when engaging and sharing sensitive information externally (i.e. employment verification, salary and etc.).Propose creative ways to continuously improve the program and experience with the POSkills/Experience Requirements.
