Peraton, an industry leader providing innovative solutions for space, critical Intelligence Community missions, civil solutions, health and public safety, and offensive and defensive cyber operations, is actively seeking an experienced and motivated leader supporting multi-million dollar, complex, and strategic programs within the Citizen Services Business Unit.
In this role, qualified candidate will function as an individual contributor by administering a comprehensive in portfolio of contracts and lead proposals efforts for various Agreements within the Federal civil agency industry. This position has a high-level of accountability and responsibility that requires an individual who has in-depth knowledge and a strong understanding of:
•Federal Acquisition Regulations, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplements, as well as other Agency Supplements.
•Negotiating Subcontract, Teaming Agreement, and Non-Disclosure Agreements with other Government Contractors
•Supporting Proposal pursuits, reviews and complying with submission requirements
•Great business sense with a laser focus on growing business through relationships
•Working and leading various projects The ideal candidate will need to exercise a high degree of autonomy, initiative and judgment, adhere to various contract company policies, and demonstrate a strong business acumen. The candidate will serve as the company point of contact for contract related matters and facilitate the timely and successful delivery of contract deliverables and assist with invoice issues, as well as remain mission focused and work in compliance with contract terms and conditions, commitments and timely provide necessary. This requisition may be filled at either a level 3 or a level 4.
Basic Qualifications for Level 3: •6 Years with Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years of experience or 4 Years with Masters
•6-9 years’ cradle to grave contract management (contracting and subcontracting) in the Federal industry
•Familiar with U.S. government Intel Community agencies
•Ability to obtain TS/SCI security clearance
•Must be a US Citizen Basic Qualifications for Level 4: •Bachelors and 10 years of relevant experience or 8 Years with Masters
•At least 6 plus years’ cradle to grave contract management (contracting and subcontracting) in the Federal industry
•Familiar and comfortable with FAR/DFARS, GSA Federal Schedules, Federal IDIQ and supplemental acquisition regulations of government agencies
•Familiar with U.S. government Intel Community agencies
•Ability to obtain TS/SCI security clearance
•Must be a US Citizen Desired Qualifications: •Experience in creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
•Familiar and comfortable with FAR/DFARS, GSA Federal Schedules, Federal IDIQ and supplemental acquisition regulations of federal, state, or local government agencies
Proficient working within a Contract Lifecycle Management tool such as GovWin or UNISOM CLM
•Self-starter and independent worker with excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills.
