Join our customer service Team!
As a member of the Customer service team, you will assist with customer questions, inquiries, and issues related to accounts payable inquiries. Successful candidates will be customer oriented with a commitment to quality and personal ethics with the ability to adapt to continuous policy and procedure changes. Works independently or as part of a group or team in a diverse work environment.
Strong computer and phone skills. Ability to use web-based computer applications
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and internal personal skills
Able to manage telephone and chat customer interactions and convey confidence while resolving the customer’s issues.
Professional, friendly demeanor with a customer-oriented attitude. Good communication and listening skills. Able to accept constructive criticism.
Able to understand and accurately communicate customer’s needs, while demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
Must be 18 years or older
Must have a High School Diploma or GED
