PDS TECH is seeking Customer Service Representatives in Richardson, TX. Quick start August 24th, this is a 3-month contract opportunity with a leading technical consulting company.
Customer service – Call Center experience desired. You will provide basic MS Office and Windows helpdesk assistance to remote users.

Technical experience is NOT required – all training will be provided!

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
• Resolve issues for clients via phone, or electronically
• Recommend hardware and software improvements
• Track customer issues and resolutions

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or other related fields
• Technical help desk / knowledge is desired, but not required. All Training will be provided during your first week of employment.
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with English language
• Ability to work flexible hours
