JOB SUMMARYClearnetworx is an Internet Service Provider (ISP) based out of Montrose, Colorado, serving the surrounding community. Its sister company, Deeply Digital is a Communications, Construction, and Consulting company . Our entire team represents the company on the front lines, and all members work as a team to value and fulfill the needs of our customers. This position’s responsibilities include clear and frequent communication with businesses, government workers, and many members of our communities. This communication involves a sales & solution mindset that focuses on how to solve any issue a customer may encounter. EXPERIENCEStaff hired into this position require at least two (2) years of experience and must be able to demonstrate their ability to perform the Essential Duties/Responsibilities listed. Deeply Digital retains the right to modify duties of the position at any time based upon the needs of the business.ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIESAnswer incoming calls and perform active communication with leads, guiding them through our different product offerings.Speak with customers to understand their businesses and desires and plan what service best fits their unique needs.Follow sales to completion, ensuring new customers have all the necessary paperwork and are properly entered into the billing system when necessary.Answer questions from existing customers and find ways the business can serve them better/Perform basic troubleshooting for clients and identify problems with existing services.Understand the technical language and equipment used for ISP (Internet Service Provider) services and identify requirements and problem areas when connecting and troubleshooting client services.Ensure the company has happy customers.REQUIREMENTSExcellent verbal and written communications skillsClean and professional appearanceGreat “people skills” with a team orientationAbility to read, understand, and create construction drawings and documentsAbility to problem solve and develop creative solutions for installation challengesHighly self-motivated and always ready to learnPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSStrong technical skills and experience with ISP (Internet Service Provider) servicesBachelor’s Degree in a related fieldPHYSICAL DEMANDSCoordinate movement of eyes, hands, fingers, and feetOur company is an equal employment opportunity employer.Powered by JazzHRPIf9deb71cc29b-8016
