The Central Exception Resolution (CER) Analyst plays a key role in UPS’s success in the international trade market. This position is responsible for direct contact with shippers to obtain essential information needed to obtain export and import clearance and ensuring compliance with UPS and Government regulations. The CER Export Analyst will primarily work remotely from home, however, may be required to come into the office as requested for training, meetings or other operational needs.
The SDF FT CKE/CREG/CER Data Capture Operation is a Home Based Employee Program with more than 500 employees who work multiple shifts. It is a 24×7 operation. Staffing consists of both full and part-time employees. This Data Capture Team is responsible for clearing international shipments that are exporting from the United States through the respective U.S. Government agencies. Primary work location will be in a Remote at Home environment with occasional need to return to a local office for specific tasks. Dress code is standard UPS Flex Business Attire (denim permitted).
