Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Tableau Cloud
• Analyze complex datasets to advise on value and actionable insights
• Work cross-functionally across teams with source data to align with company and client needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate into effective BI solutions
• Develop and implement external, customer-facing dashboards that provide real-time, impactful insights
• Design and optimize ETL processes and data pipelines to integrate multiple data sources
• Work on cloud-based BI solutions, with exposure to AWS services and frameworks
• Contribute to design and maintenance of scalable, multi-tenant data warehouse solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Statistics, or related area of study
• 4+ years BI Development experience
• Proven experience designing customer-facing dashboards using Tableau
• Prior experience working at a SaaS company in BI
• Experience with Databricks and AWS (or another cloud platform)
• Solid background in data modeling, warehousing, and ETL
• Experience with scripting languages like Python and R
