Department Assistant Receptionists are responsible for handling incoming calls from patients, doctors, referral sources, insurance companies, and internal customers. People in this position also manage daily delivery tickets. Monitors faxing, sending, and tracking Medicare DWOs. Position is responsible for reception at front entrance and other administrative tasks as assigned.
This position is full-time, Monday – Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 9:00am – 5:30pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends. Our office is located at 931 Conklin St, Farmingdale, NY 11735.
We offer 2 weeks of paid training. The hours during training will be 9:00am – 5:30pm EST, Monday – Friday

Physical and Work Environment:
New York Residents Only: The salary range for New York residents is $16.00 – $27.31.
