The primary function of this position is to plan, lead, direct, develop and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy.
*Responsibilities*
Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization’s goals and strategy related to staffing and retention.
Maintaining, and where needed, improving, employee experience at Aria.
Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization’s human resource compliance and strategy needs.
Oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance management; productivity, recognition, and morale.
Mediating and suggesting solutions to employee disputes.
Management of the third party IT MSP, Office Manager, and receptionist
Maintain database of all vendor contracts
Performs other duties as necessary.
*Education & Training Requirements*
Bachelor’s degree
Supervisory Experience
10-15 years of Human Resources or related experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
Experience with ADP Total Source and Workforce Now
