Royal Oaks in Bradbury, CA, one of 13 HumanGood communities named “Best Nursing Home-2024” by U.S. News & World Report, is hiring a Full-time Director of Nursing (DON) for its 48-bed Skilled Nursing team. Under limited supervision, the DON plans, directs, organizes, and evaluates nursing services to meet the total needs of the community’s residents; ensures an efficient health facility operation in cooperation with other departments and in compliance with state and federal regulations; and provides care in accordance with our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.”

Salary: $138,000 – $160,000 (DOE)

To be successful in this role you would have:

• Completed an Accredited Licensed Nursing Program (RN)
• Current CA RN license
• BS Degree, Masters’ Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and related professional experience
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years of professional management experience in related field
• Outstanding leadership, clinical observation, and assessment skills
• Excellent computer skills necessary to complete documentation, review electronic health records and communicate with team members
• Current CPR certification
