This position is responsible for auditing and validating all aspects of the organization’s quality assurance (QA) compliance. The position will lead efforts to enhance quality of service (QOS) policy and procedure to mitigate risk and escape points through administration of internal corrective action requests (CARs) to the organization’s quality assurance department. Responsible for establishing compliance plans, policies, and procedures at all levels so quality improvement efforts will meet or exceed internal and external customers’ needs and expectations.
Directly oversees two QA Compliance Analysts while ensuring support of company goals and objectives. This position will track customer metrics and assign the organization’s operations QA to respond to deficiencies. Directly communicates with Customers and Regulatory Bodies. Has responsibility for development and delivery of QA compliance training programs to all FMM workers at all relevant sites.
