The Director, Research Administration (“Director”) is primarily responsible for directing the operational, financial, regulatory and human resource activities of the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab Office of Research Administration (“ORA”). These activities will include analyzing, modifying, and developing improved structure as needed. The Director is responsible for all grant administrative duties associated with scientific and clinical research studies at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab.
The Director will consistently demonstrate support of the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab statement of Vision, Mission and Core Values by striving for excellence, contributing to the team efforts and showing respect and compassion for patients and their families, fellow employees, and all others with whom there is contact at or in the interest of the institute.
