Job Overview:

Dough Maker is needed for a very busy pizza place. It’s very easy. We will train. Great job for someone that needs about 3 to 5 hours per day. Prep and dishes can be done after dough if you would like more hours. Must be 18 years or older to apply!

We are seeking a skilled Dough Maker to join our team in the food industry. As a Dough Maker, you will be responsible for preparing dough for various culinary purposes. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and knowledge of food safety standards.

Responsibilities:
– Prepare dough according to established recipes and guidelines
– Measure and mix ingredients accurately
– Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers and dough equipment
– Monitor dough consistency and make adjustments as needed
– Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients
– Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dough preparation area
– Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth production flow
– Assist with packaging and labeling of finished dough products

Preferred Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or catering setting
– Knowledge of dough-making techniques and culinary principles
– Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as mixers, scales, and dough sheeters
– Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
– Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
– Effective communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset

Job Types: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 – $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
