WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Administrative Support

• Calendar management and meeting coordination, scheduling, and planning
• Meeting preparation, including logistics planning and production of meeting materials
• Travel booking and expense report processing

Project Support

• Schedule meetings, maintain and update task lists, monitor and confirm execution responsibilities are being completed by all participants
• Preparation of materials including PowerPoint slides, Excel spreadsheets, memorandums, and other project-related information
• Help support executive efforts for key programs in employee development, finance, sales and marketing

Event Planning

• Logistics planning for conferences and events hosted in San Diego for LandCare employees, clients, vendors and other guests
• Planning aspects including hotels and restaurants, transportation logistics, and meeting schedules

Office Upkeep

• Maintain tidiness of common spaces in the office including reception area, empty workspaces, break area
• Water and trim office plants as needed
• Monitor and stock office supplies

General

• Open Mail / Manage Office Equipment
• Order office supplies / pre-printed supplies, i.e. letterhead, business cards
• Prepare correspondence / packages to send as needed
• Other administrative tasks as necessary
