Develops the strategic and operational plan for Mortgage and Home Equity sales that delivers an integrated, omni-channel member experience across all of FSB distribution channels (physical, virtual, digital, phone) for deeper member relationships that consistently improve member experience overall. Partners across a matrix-managed organization to influence and optimize the distribution strategy and execution across all lines of business and staff organizations. Ensures compliance, quality, and effective risk management across all channels through collaboration with key control partners in Risk and Compliance. Accountable for delivering highly competitive mortgage and home equity products and services and driving top of the funnel business growth through collaborative strategic initiatives with Marketing, USAA Federal Savings Bank and Enterprise partners
USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position. The salary range for this position is: $ 274,700 – $ 494,400
Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.
Long Term Incentive Plan: Cash payment for Executives only representing a cash payment which is both time and performance based
