FITNESS ASSISTANT AT LIFEWORKS OF SOUTHWEST GENERAL

HOURS:
Part-time, 20 hours BIWEEKLY. 5:00PM-9:15PM Tuesdays and Wednesdays, other similar shifts may be added.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is to provide members and staff with assistance in the fitness center as needed. To promote a positive and healthy environment. To act as Associate on Duty as scheduled and handle administrative needs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:
High school diploma or GED required.

Required length of experience:
Must have experience working with the public and strong interpersonal skills.
This person must possess a competent knowledge of fitness equipment use.
Preferred experience in a health and fitness environment.

Required licensure, certification, and/or registry:
CPR certification required within the first 6 months of employment.
Personal training certification preferred.
