Qualifications Experience+ Minimum 1-year customer service experience, 1 year (Required)+ Experience in operational systems: Google and Microsoft Office (Required) Education+ High school or equivalent (Required) Job Description Duties+ Preparing the office for the day with “Daily Tasks”; distribute mail and packages+ Daily Maintenance: cleaning, keeping everything orderly, stocking breakroom items, helping team members with any tasks, setting up and breaking down for events+ Proficient to advanced PC skills, including Microsoft programs and scheduling tools Experience+ Customer service and service-oriented personality+ Proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.+ Enthusiastic and professional demeanor Position Summary Our client is looking for a Front Desk associate that tends to visitors and deals with inquiries on the phone and face to face, greets all visitors directing them to appropriate personnel on phone or in person and assists with miscellaneous clerical duties as needed. Education High School diploma or GED is required.
