Front End Web Developer UI/UX

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team in iterative research, design, and development process by participating in Scrum meetings including sprint planning, review, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and more
• Work with team members to develop user-friendly, functional UI deliverables based on UX research design
• Assure product quality through coding, testing, debugging, quality assurance review, and developing appropriate documentation
• Design UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how features function and look like
• Prepare and present UI deliverables to internal teams and key stakeholders

Required Skills:

• Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals
• Strong experience with CSS preprocessors like LESS is highly preferred
• Strong experience with ES5, jQuery, DOM manipulation, and Ajax techniques is highly preferred
• Strong experience with Wordpress theme and plugin development is highly preferred
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
• Experience with PHP and MySQL preferred
• Experience with automation tools such as Gulp or Grunt preferred
• Experience with prototyping tools such as Invision and Marvel preferred
• Experience with CSS Frameworks such as Bootstrap or Semantic – UI preferred
• Experience working with APIs and interacting with API endpoints, particularly Zoho CRM API
• Working knowledge of Python preferred
• Working knowledge of Git preferred
• Working knowledge of web standards, responsive web design, mobile first design and mobile design principles preferred as well as experience with cross browser development
• Solid understanding of user interface design, user centered design
• Good interpersonal skills in order to interact with key stakeholders such as management and internal team members
• Ability to provide feedback and develop solutions to solve design and usability problems
