Full-Time General Surgery PA or NP Needed in Beautiful Kailua, Oahu

Adventist Health Castle is seeking a full-time, employed, mission-minded Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join its surgical team in beautiful Kailua, Hawaii. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years’ operating room (OR) experience. Cardiac experience preferred but not required. Cardiac experience preferred but not required. There is no clinic, no rounding in pre or post operative, and no discharging. This is an intra operative opportunity only.

As the PA-C or NP, you will enjoy the full continuum of care in our surgical services line and keep patient care moving along, maximizing physician time to deliver the highest quality of care to patients. This is an autonomous position that performs at a high level of acuity and responsibility, including preparation of surgical patients, and assisting surgeons. The work schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, with some required flexibility. Candidate will be Hawaii licensed and meet the hospital’s medical staff credentialing standards.

Base Compensation Starts at $145,000.00 per year
