Corporate Development – Gerontology Specialist (Remote Patient Monitoring)
ClearCaptions is seeking an experienced and highly effective Geriatric RN/Geronotologist interested in shaping the future of Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), social engagement and quality of life coaching for the Senior and their Caregivers. This newly created role within our Corporate Development team will drive the planning, development and delivery of a full suite of premium Aging in Place services designed to provide independence, peace of mind and quality of life improvements.
The successful candidate will apply his/her skills and expertise as an experienced Geriatric RN/Geronotologist to gather and interpret insights and learnings from sensor data, medication protocols and adherence reporting, and other sources of relevant information for the purpose of generating actionable intervention and coaching recommendations that will then be communicated to the Senior and/or Caregivers by our Care Agents. This key role will actively shape the service delivery model for the new product offering including the documentation and communication of learnings and methodologies that will form the foundational elements of the future analytics engine.
This is a highly visible strategic and tactical role with significant exposure to senior management. It will be based at our corporate headquarters in Roseville, CA.

Responsibilities:
-Assume the role of subject matter expert for all matters pertaining to the review and interpretation of care plans and other sources of data such as sensor inputs, self-assessments, observations, etc.
–Provide recommendations to Care Agents regarding the urgency, frequency and content of communications to the Senior and/or Caregivers
–Document key learnings for the purpose of identifying opportunities for improvement with the current system and offering
–Actively engage in the definition of processes and procedures for the new department
–Make recommendations for improvements to the service delivery model or new solutions that can be accomplished through new technology or the alternative use of existing technology.
–Partner with other team members to plan and execute the successful implementation and adoption of new services, products, systems, and/or processes.
–Lead operational readiness efforts in preparation for new software and product deployments.
Qualifications:
–Minimum of 5 years as a Geriatric RN, Gerontology or equivalent training and experience
–Excellent communicator with the ability to comfortably and effectively interact with colleagues as well as the Senior and their Caregivers
–Ability and desire to analyze and synthetize data from multiple sources and remotely drive positive outcomes in the lives of the Senior and their Caregivers
–Ability to participate in discussions across cross-functional teams, including business partners and technical resources.
–Comfortable operating in a “start-up” environment (flexibility required!) within a fast-growing, stable organization
–A passion for the mission and a “can-do” attitude to deliver positive outcomes for our customers
