Summary of Role\:
The Global HR Transformation Leader will report to and partner closely with the CHRO to lead, coordinate and execute the planning and implementation of human resources transformation projects and strategic programs and initiatives for the HR organization. This includes people/organization, system, and process design, planning and execution across the broad spectrum HR service delivery for a global company of 15,000 employees with operations in the US, EMEA, and APAC. This role will interface with human resources, business leaders, and external providers at all levels as a true advisor & business partner in the implementation of HR’s strategic vision.
The successful candidate will know what leading class HR looks like and thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment with in-depth experience / knowledge in global HR transformation projects. We expect the ideal candidate to have a breadth and depth across a wide range of HR and human capital capabilities including change management, organization development, talent, and learning & development, HR systems and processes, as well as HR and business analytics. In addition, this role requires exceptional project and program management expertise driving collaboration across the enterprise, traversing business units and geographies. This role interacts with the most senior leaders across the company including the CFO, CIO, and business executives.
