This is a part-time position designed to support the field reps with leads from Government Agencies. The Government Bid Administrator will work with Zebra Products and Competitors Products bought by the Government. The Government Bid Administrator will also be able to track Ability One items for IOB Agencies. The Government Bid Administrator will create a data base and send leads to the Commercial field reps and re-cap all leads. The Government Bid Administrator will send samples to get Zebra Products specified on contracts. The Government Bid Administrator will bid Zebra Products for Dealers bidding on business. Is familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. The Government Bid Administrator will report to the National Sales Manager.

· Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with Zebra Sales Reps

· Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (strong presentation skills)

· Knowledge of Social Media Platforms

· Strong desire to learn along with professional drive

· Solid understanding of different marketing techniques

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving and results

· Good time management skills – strong ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

· Multi-tasking and coordinate project with changing priorities

· Strong mathematical skills

· Entry level 2-3 years of data analytical experience
