Provides professional care to residents within the scope of his or her licensure. Provides supervision and guidance to licensed and unlicensed direct care associates. Responsible, with all other Senior Star® employees, for the leasing and marketing success of the community. Conducts business according to the Senior Star® Mission, Values and Goals.
Responsible for oversight and provision of care as well as support and guidance of Health Services Staff.
