These would not be fixed term, and there is opportunity to convert to a staff position down the road for both roles. We’re a fun busy team here and there is a lot of opportunity. Please note, our team is currently fully remote, but there is the possibility for returning to our midtown office part-time at some point in the future. This job requires an underlying knowledge in the basics of video production from conception through delivery, a general knowledge (but not expertise in) Adobe Creative Suite, and an understanding of agency roles and workflows. First and fore-most however, the job requires strong communication skills, excellent planning and organizational skills, and the ability to not just juggle but prioritize multiple tasks. Experience and expertiseThe breadth of skill should include:Office production management experience. A firm understanding of the video production process. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and post-production.Be highly organized, a clear note-taker, and a clean and concise email writer.High attention to detail, self-led, and available to take on anything.Ability to handle financial documents, invoices, and budgets.
